Who we are

ABDL‑World (“we”, “us”) operates a free, adults‑only community website for Littles/Babies and Caregivers. We are the controller of personal data processed via abdl-world.com. We do not sell personal data.

What we do

• A public, SFW‑first community art space.
• A free certificate generator (recognition only) available without registration.
• A report form & public blacklist to warn about scams or abuse.
• Basic contact and safety pages.

Age restriction

The site is for adults 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data we collect (minimal)

• Account data (if you create an account): display name, email, chosen role, and optional profile details you provide.
• Certificate generator: the fields you enter to make the PDF (e.g., display name and role). If you add an email to receive the PDF, we use it only to send the file. We store a minimal certificate dataset (certificate ID, role, issue date, validity marker) so your certificate can be verified by ID/QR.
• Blacklist reports: platform, suspect handle, links, description, optional evidence files, and optional reporter contact. We do not publish reporter personal data.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, timestamps, and essential cookies for security and spam prevention.
• Anti‑spam/verification: services like Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile may receive technical data to detect abuse.
• Analytics (if enabled): privacy‑friendly analytics with IP anonymization, or we may disable analytics entirely.

Why we process data (GDPR legal bases)

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you submit forms or opt into features.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — site security, moderation, fraud prevention, certificate verification, running a public blacklist.
• Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) — responding to lawful requests or enforcing our Terms.

Retention

• Account data: kept while your account is active; removed on deletion request unless minimal records must remain for safety/legal reasons.
• Certificate datasets: kept for the validity period (2 years) plus up to 12 months for audits and abuse prevention; revoked datasets may be flagged.
• Blacklist reports: kept as long as needed for moderation and safety; published entries show only the suspect handle and a redacted summary.
• Server logs: typically 30–90 days, unless required for security investigations.

Sharing & international transfers

We use trusted processors for hosting, email delivery, security, and (if enabled) anti‑spam/analytics. We aim to host in the EU/EEA. Some services (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA) may transfer data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs). We never sell data.

Your rights (EU/EEA)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests; you may withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior processing). Contact privacy@abdl-world.com. You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for security and session management and, where enabled, preference/analytics cookies with opt‑in controls via our cookie banner.

Security

We use TLS encryption, access controls, least‑privilege admin accounts, and periodic updates/backups. No system is 100% secure; please report issues promptly.

Community content & verification

User content may be public (e.g., gallery posts). Verification pages display minimal data (certificate ID, role, issue/valid‑until status). We may revoke or annotate entries for safety.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ABDL‑World, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Adults‑only

ABDL‑World is for adults 18+. You must truthfully confirm you are 18+ to use any part of the site or generate a certificate.

What ABDL‑World is (and isn’t)

ABDL‑World is a free, non‑commercial community focused on SFW‑first art and discussion, with optional NSFW areas behind opt‑in filters. We do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Certificates are community recognition only — not government documents and not proof of identity or age. We may revoke certificates at our discretion for safety or rule violations.

Accounts & registration

You can browse most content without an account. Certain features (profiles, posting) may require registration. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or safety reasons.

Certificate generator (no account required)

You may generate a free certificate without registration. The certificate shows your chosen role, an issue date, and a two‑year validity marker and includes an ID/QR for public verification. We may store minimal dataset info to allow verification and may revoke certificates we believe to be misleading, fraudulent, or abusive.

Acceptable Use & Community Rules

• No illegal content; no depiction or involvement of minors in any way.
• No harassment, threats, shaming, or sharing private data without permission.
• No scams, paywalls, or “registration fees”.
• No impersonation or false credentials/certificates.
• Only upload content you own or have permission to share.
• No security bypass, malware, or system abuse.

Public areas are SFW. NSFW content must stay in designated opt‑in sections with clear content warnings and tags and must remain lawful and consensual.

Your content & license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and reproduce your content on ABDL‑World for the purpose of operating and promoting the community (including thumbnails and cached copies). You warrant that you own the rights to the content you post or have permission to share it and that it complies with these Terms.

Moderation

We may remove content, limit features, or terminate access to protect users and comply with law. We may maintain a public blacklist that publishes a suspect handle and a redacted summary after moderation review. We are not obligated to publish any content or to provide a specific moderation outcome.

Copyright / Notices

If you believe your copyright is infringed, email copyright@abdl-world.com with your contact info, a link or ID of your work, the location on our site, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee certificate acceptance by any third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, reputation, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed EUR 50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABDL‑World and its operators against claims arising from your content, your use of the site, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany (excluding its conflict‑of‑law rules). Courts in [your German state/city] have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law states otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
